Booking Terms and Conditions:

* Full payment for the entire stay in required within 48 hours of booking acceptance.
* Reservations cannot be cancelled after booking acceptance.
* Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
* Once your stay has commenced, no refunds will be issued for unused nights.
* Pet Policy - Pets must remain on a lead outside of the yard while exploring the property. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring no harm comes to our livestock. Any injuries to stock will result in fines.
